How it Works

  • Contact myself via e-mail (contact page).
  • I will get back to you ASAP and we can chat about your needs.
  • I will give you up to 2 hours of *1consultation for FREE!!
  • If during this time you and/or I decide for any reason, that I'm NOT right for your specific job then that's it! No obligations. No bad feelings. I may even be able to recommend another professional thats a better fit.
  • If we decide that I am right for the job, I will quote you your *2total cost, and ask you for a 30% or $5000.00 (whichever is less) up-front retainer fee.
  • This retainer is required to assure me that you are serious about the contract, as well as to assure that you will receive my undivided attention for the duration of your project. This retainer is NON REFUNDABLE.
  • Once the retainer has been secured. I will begin working on your contract as soon as our *3schedules permit.
  • I will begin doing the rough work/prototype material for your project. You can expect to hear from me anytime there is something that requires your input and/or feedback. There are NO additional costs for my time during this phase of your contract... take advantage of it!
  • Upon completion of the rough work/prototype material, you will be required to pay the second 30% instalment of your total cost. This is the time to go over ALL of the presented materials, and make any changes if necessary.
  • At this time, I will advise you if there are any foreseeable problems with the projected time line.
  • I am more then happy to check in with you while I'm completing your contract, to update you on my progress. If you have a preferred schedule, please just let me know.
  • Upon completion of the work, you will be required to pay the third 30% instalment of your total cost.
I will then provide you with all work and documentation related to the contract or project.
  • The *4remaining 10% is yours to hold for a maximum of 30 days beyond the date that you receive all work and documentation. This is to *5guarantee your satisfaction with the work. There is NO penalty for paying the remaining 10% (or remaining balance) before the 30-day limit.
  • If you are a returning client or have several projects you would like me to work on, ask me about my flat and day rates.
  • My average day rate is 350/day (a day consists of 7 working hours) or 50/hr. Please note this is an average and can slide up or down depending on the actual type of work required.

Should you require more then 2 hours of consultation, my average consulting fee is $85.00 per hour, with a minimum 1 hour charge. Every client, and prospective client will receive a maximum of 2 hours consultation for FREE during the INITIAL consultation. Consultation required beyond that initial 2 hours, you wil be billed for.

Some quotes require a little more time to produce then others, if for any reason, I'm unable to quote the rough costs right away, there will NOT be any additional cost incurred to you for any additional time required to produce your quote.

*3

I will let you know what my availibility and ability to book you into my schedule is during our initial consultation. I will also provide you with a rough copy of my schedule so that you are fully aware of my availability for the duration of the contract.

*4

If $5000.00 was paid in place of the initial 30%, the 10% is actually the remaining balance in its entirety.

*5

Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, I will use the 30-day time period to make all changes and/or corrections necessary pertaining to the existing project. You will be required to pay off all outstanding balances and retainer fees prior to me beginning new projects(s).
